Max H. Schulze, LL.B. – Financial Advisor and Business Partner.


Max earned a B.S. in Business Management from Indiana University and an LL.B. (Doctor of Jurisprudence) from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. After graduation, he served as a Financial Analyst and Attorney-Adviser with the Division of Corporate Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington for six years.

Max then became Vice President and General Counsel of a private investment bank on Wall Street for five years. He was responsible for all aspects of compliance with regulations of the SEC, the New York Stock Exchange and other exchanges, the thirty-five states in which the firm was registered as a broker-dealer, and the governing entities of the bank's European and Caribbean affiliates.

He oversaw outside counsel retained for private placements and initial public offerings of securities for many growth companies in various industries. He participated in the merchant bank aspects of the firm, which invested partner funds in private companies throughout the United States.

After moving to California, Max participated in purchasing a demographics and data processing enterprise that was spun off from a major conglomerate. He headed the legal, finance, and human resources departments of this company for thirty years, until his semi-retirement. He now conducts a limited legal practice as a member of the bars of the State of California and the Supreme Court of the United States.
